Woman Jailed for Taking 100+ Driving Tests for Others

Frauds such as these pose significant risks to the general public. — Steven Maloney

A woman who took over 150 theoretical and practical tests for other drivers was sentenced to eight months in prison.

Inderjeet Kaur, 29, acknowledged participating in the tests between 2018 and 2020.

According to police, she was taking English proficiency tests.

Kaur was tested in Swansea, Carmarthen, Birmingham, and London.

The crimes Kaur committed circumvent the driving test process and, in turn, puts innocent road users at risk, by allowing unskilled and dangerous motorists to have seemingly legitimate licences. — Chief Inspector Steven Maloney
