Eat garlic before sleep

Name your daily 5 wins

Stop arguing

Walking barefoot:

When I lived in a village next to the lush green fields, my mother sent us every morning to walk on the grass to beat the heat. I did not know what the benefits of walking barefoot were, but I really enjoyed simply walking. Here are a couple of advantages to walking barefoot.

  • Better posture
  • Reduce stress
  • Improve overall balance
  • Help to reduce joint pain

Cleaning your tongue:

It’s just in our DNA to brush our teeth at least twice a day. Each morning I just grab the brush to clean my teeth.

Since I picked this habit, I cleaned my tongue daily. I would like to share that cleaning tongue regularly has many health benefits. For example:

  • Of course, to remove bacteria
  • Help to reduce bad breath
  • Improve oral hygiene
  • Help to strengthen the immune system
  • Better taste

Eating garlic before sleep:

I tried this one. However, I didn’t like it. A simple Google search will help you a lot that garlic clove has tremendous health benefits. I am sharing it because of its healthy properties. For example:

  • Helps to sleep better (Magnesium)
  • Helps with colds and flu
  • Helps to lower cholesterol
  • Garlic is pretty good for men because of its anti-inflammatory effects
  • Helps in weight loss

Naming your daily 5 wins:

Focusing on the positive aspects of your day can help improve your mood and overall well-being.

It takes more work to even write down merely 5 wins for the day. I learned in the long run that it has its own benefits. For example:

  • It helps to build a healthy habit
  • Maybe connecting with friends and family
  • Did you learn something new?
  • Did you accomplish your most important task?

Stopping arguing:

Arguments can be stressful and emotionally draining.

Learning to let go of the need to argue and instead seek to understand others’ points of view can lead to a happy life. For example:

  • It helps to improve relationships.
  • Boost productivity
  • A great way to improve your mental health
  • It can help to enhance your problem-solving skills.
  • Tiny arguments are good for your relationship.

If you see healthy benefits, try to stick with them for life.
